The Southwest Houston Recreational Swim League is a summer swim league composed of community and subdivision swim teams in the Southwest Houston Area, including Alief, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Meadows, Mission Bend, Stafford, Houston, and Richmond, Texas. The SHRSL was organized to consolidate local swim teams, to standardize swim team rules, and to foster competition through the divisions of teams of equal size and strength.
For swimmers aged 4-18 years, a strong emphasis is placed on advancing swimming skills, sportsmanship, water safety, and promoting fun through a competitive summer swimming program.
