2024 Officials List

STROKE JUDGES / STARTERS / MEET DIRECTORS: If you did NOT attend a clinic last year OR if your name is not on the FINAL list above, you MUST take a LONG CLINIC in the current season.

ALL STROKE JUDGES / STARTERS / MEET DIRECTORS must attend (and be on time) ONE CLINIC a year, either short or long.

SHORT CLINICS: 30-minute “VIDEO refresher” Clinic for those that attended ANY clinic last year
LONG CLINICS: 1.5-2 hour clinic for NEW STROKE JUDGES / STARTERS / MEET DIRECTORS or for those that NEED more refreshing 🙂

* HERE is the final list of Clinic attendees from last year. This includes anyone who took and passed the online Refresher course last year. Anyone on this list will need to take the 2025 Refresher course to remain in good standing to Stroke Judge, Start, or be the Meet Director. Each team should also have at least one Coach attend a clinic or take the Refresher (if on the list from last year). I will send out a 2025 list as soon as y’all start taking the test. This will be a live file as well.

* HERE is the link to the 2025 Officials Clinic Refresher course. You must make a 100 for it to count. You may retake the test as many times as needed. *** A little tip – WATCH THE VIDEOS…THE ANSWERS ARE THERE!!! We had far too many people struggle with questions last year where the answers were very clearly given in the videos.***

SHRSL Stroke Judge Clinic Information

You do not have to register or sign up for our stroke clinics. Please arrive ten (10) minutes early, sign in, grab handouts, and find a seat. Our VIDEO/SHORT clinics are designed for anyone who did one of our clinics during the previous season (see above) and will be viewed via video. These videos will be posted soon!

If you did NOT attend a clinic last year, you must complete a LONG clinic. Our long clinics last about 1 ½ hours. Please be on time – if late, you may have to reschedule for another clinic as available.
