Hope everyone had a wonderful, relaxing, energizing, family & fun filled Spring Break week!!! Next Sunday, March 25, 2012 is the next league meeting.

Every team must send at least 1 representative to this meeting. (If you are the team rep please find someone that can attend in case you are sick or have an emergency on Sunday.) PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL THAT YOU WILL BE PRESENT. ALSO LET ME KNOW OF ANY CONSTRAINTS OR CONFLICTS ON THE USE OF YOUR POOL. I already know that both the New Territory & the Greatwood teams share a pool for meets. If your pool is closed or not available for any of the Mondays I need to know.
Divisions will be announced at this meeting. You will break into divisions to elect a Division VP, set the meet start time for your division, and decide on the location of your Pre-lim & Finals meets. Please confirm with your HOA that your pool will be available for use on Thursday July 12 and/or Saturday July 14 if you are able to host one of these meets.
If there are major changes to your team from last year please let me know. The board uses the results from last year’s dual meets & divisional finals meets, team size over the last couple of years and location to determine the divisions for this year. At this time there are 25 teams in our league but 3 teams did not send a representative to the 1st league meeting in Feb so it is imperative you let me know by Thursday of any major changes in your team this year.
